Sarah is a senior associate who focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate, private equity and venture capital, notably on cross-border transactions. She has advised international companies on all aspects of corporate law, as well as investment funds, management teams or founders. Prior to joining ADNA, Sarah practiced law in a leading international firm in Paris.
